Good morning my x type has been out of action for 3 months now the problem started by losing power every light coming on the instrument cluster and all the needles going to zero (revs speed fuel etc). Then the screen would say no communication turn the heating to full and id have no control over anything including turbo and abs. Up to now I've replaced most things on the can network abs pump and module instrument cluster speed sensors checked all the earth's and wiring but still persists my final opinion is the ECU but finding an exact match is problematic, has anyone else had this problem and how did you fix it and can I use any ECU from the same year car. It's a 2006 jaguar X type diesel 2.2 with a DPF. Thanks in advance for any help.
