The dealer network for Jaguar is one of the worst. I have had many poor experiences of customer service from Marshall Jaguar but today's interaction continues to demonstrate appalling customer centricity. I have an extended warranty on XF (2021). The Ipswich location of Marshall Jaguar no longer offer local pick up so they offered me a courtesy car, all good you might think? When I arrived to drop car off they informed mew that there is a £15 per day charge for the car! Again its not the money per-se its the lack of "courtesy" The guy who "served" me reminded me of all the things the warranty didn't cover and said that  Jaguar is a dying Brand, service like this is what is killing the brand! he said had I purchased the car through them they might have been able to fix the non warrantable issue.

 

I hope that the rebrand focusses on customer service, true customer service, post sale, make your customers feel special and they will return ...I love the brand but it seems the dealers hate their customers once that have made a sale!
