Hybrid cars vs Electric cars? How do they compare? Which one would you rather have?

I would rather Hybrid, think electric cars need more fine tuning, not enough range, batteries will probably have to be changed more regular, also in the cold weather when the heating, lights, wipers, stereo and the cold weather will drain the batteries quickly.
