after a lifetime of Volvo estates have decided its time for a change.The usual German suspects are good but seem overpriced and boring,the X-tpe estate really looks the part and seems good value for money.This will be my first Jag so will be interesting to see how it stacks up against the various Volvo's of the last 30 years.

Not sure if there are any club pub meets in this neck of the woods but if there are I will come along and pick some brains.All cars have their weak spots and I'm sure the X-type does as well,I'm just not sure what they are at the moment.

Currently running an old Focus as the daily runabout and a Lexus SC430 as the Sunday afternoon car.Difficult to get 2 big dogs in the Focus so the X-type is eagerly awaited by Alfie and Archie and Mrs T really misses the heated seats.

Just got rid of an Alfa Spider,what a disaster,don't ever doubt the stories you hear about Alfa build quality.

Having said that a couple of niggly little things have just gone wrong with the Lexus!!!!!!!

Thats about it for the moment,look forward to meeting some of you as and when.
