Uneven revs at 2000

Hi Guys.

I am a newbie, and as usual, the first thing we do is bring probs. Sorry about that. My prob with a 2004 2.5 Auto is that the revs rise and fall when held at around 1800 - 2000 rpm. Gets better when the engine warms but disconcerting. Any clues?
