to replace a header tank (expansion chamber)

Can anyone help me? My XJ6 2005 is leaking from the small pipe on the top of the radiator. the apparent cost to replace this small plastic header tank is £199, is there a less expensive way? perhaps there is a well known non works garage or breaker.

I live in Surrey but will travel.
