You need to check out the condition of the door rubber, clean them and get some rubber conditioner

Welcome Allan, I had a similar problem on my Volvo C7o, it turned out that sometimes the window did not run squarely in the window runners, could be another thing to look at, if the seals all seem ok, good luck
