XK8 The Official Biography - Unique Book!

I have a unique book for sale, if anyone is interested... It is the Jaguar XK8 Official Biography. I know, that's not a unique book, there are hundreds lying around, and most people who want one, have one. What makes this unique is that it is the first version of the book, reprinted in 1997, but has all the annotations and marks-ups and edits for the second version. My father was the graphic designer for the book, both first and second versions, and this first version book is littered with red ink mark-ups and edits to prepare the production of the second edition, which included the supercharged version. Note: This does not contain the additional information on the supercharged that you would find in the second edition, but if you are looking for a true collectible, then this book is unique in the world.

 

If anyone is interested in buying this book, let me know and I can send you photos etc and we can discuss a price. As I say, a truly unique book like this is hard to price; I know the 1st edition is selling for around £30 on Amazon, and the 2nd for around the £60 mark, but I think this should be worth a little more than that. Sensible offers considered!
