Whine when changing from 1st to 2nd gear

I have a slight Whine when changing from 1st to 2nd gear in my 2.7 Diesel

 

Is this normal? I have never been in another Disel S-stype so i am just wondering if it is normal?

sticking it in the garage to be checked, warranty cover.

 

either needs transmission Oil replaced or a bearing issue... lets hope its just fluid.

 

6 speed transmission fluid change is £230

5 Speed £125

 

this is at local transmission company
