Passenger Seat Height Adjuster

Hi there,

 

I have a 1998 XJ V8 which has an electronic height adjuster on the drivers side but not on the passenger side, the only thing is I can't work out for the life of me how to adjust it manually? Anyone got any ideas???

unless there is a rotary handle to turn on the passenger seat then possibly there is no height adjustment facility
