The bolts holding them usually rust together. Top ones are generally quite easy to get undone with a spanner on the back and a socket on the nut. Bottom ones I usually cut off with a disc grinder.

Once out, bolt the new ones in. Hold the back in place with the spanner whilst tightening the nut.

You might need need to jack up the suspension arm to line up the hole but they're pretty easy to do
