I have just purchased my first Jaguar always wanted one from about the age of 10. Found a 2000. 3.0 S type with full service history that has been parked up for 6 mths it has an Mot on it for another 6 mths what a happy bunny I am. The other day the low water Light came on I topped it up last night I found a lot of water dripping out behind the plastic trim of the drivers side wheel ach more or less below the expansion tank I have seen that the tanks can snap off a nipple do you think this may be what has happened. If so is this an easy fix

Welcome to the Club, Graham.

You will enjoy your Jaguar.

I don't get oily hands any more, but it does not seem like a difficult fix.

Regards,

Peter.
