Leaderboard

I recently received a nav map update on a usb drive for my 2011 XJ-L. The installation instructions seemed very straight-forward (start ignition, insert drive in USB port, follow on-screen instructions). However, when I insert the drive in the USB port, absolutely nothing happens. I tried several times, each time waiting for at least 10 minutes for some sort of 'reaction'...but, nothing. Has anyone else had this problem?? If so, and you were ultimately successful, please enlighten me on what you did to get the update installed. Regards!!
