Baz, I'm of the same opinion as Phil. If you have an invoice or some other proof of the specification of the car, you can get them to return your money or a pro rata proportion thereof. Is the car otherwise good enough to keep? The items you mention are relatively simple to retro-fit if you decide the car is a good enough basic vehicle to keep. The one thing I'm not yet sure of is the powerfold loom. It would be nice to find it in situ and to be fair, Jaguar seem to be much more enlightened about cable looms than some other manufacturers, notably, in my experience, MG/R. I'd like to follow developments if you decide t explore the powerfold route. As I understand it, the driver's switchpack is the same regardless, so I'd suspect that some, if not all, of the loom is present. The mirrors can be had from such as fleabay for not a lot so it would make a worthwhile retro-fit :)
