Hi Chris, Welcome to the JoC. :) As well as Peter's suggestion, I would have a close look at your DVD disk. Especially if it is a "non original". I have a spare OEM DVD disk which I use for fault diagnosis and you could borrow it if you begin to suspect the DVD.1 point
