  1. The bulletin notice was: JTB00263 And I don't think this was a recall? To get the problem fixed FOC you had to complain to you Jaguar dealer. Unless you bought the car from a Jaguar dealer within the last 2 years then any warrantee has timed out and lapsed for a 2012 model. You could try and see if as a gesture of goodwill? you can get the problem sorted by contacting CS at Jaguar HQ.
