  1. hi you need to plug in to see what engine codes you have the engine run quite hot anyway, 90 plus, you would not beable to touch it and if you opened the cap on a perfectly running car, it would blow all the water out, as removing the cap, will drop the pressure and drop the boiling point so the water would flash off, also a stuck thermostat would not cause a eml light, you would get a message saying its hot get code read could be absolutely anything cheers Joe

  2. Hi Colin We used to have a cantilever car port over our drive when we brought the house. Every time the wind blew in a particular it used to make the most awful noise. Eventually a force 8 gale pulled the wall bolts and some bricks out of the wall. Fortunately it remained attached but we very quickly removed it and have never had another. Only way I would have another is with proper foundations and a solid RSJ frame. I'm very happy with the car cover I brought from Concours Auto Products and would recommend them for the quality of the product and their customer service. Bw Simon Bowen

  4. That’s a shame it’s a bit of a trek but I have been looking for one and would have really appreciated that. I am sure someone will snap your hand off soon

  5. Hi Marius, Sort of, apparently, they were not fitted as new, so my only option is to have them retrospectively fitted, but that is going to cost around £450.00, even if I buy the actual mechanism on eBay, so that's not likely as I am far too mean for that. there you, you live and learn. Best Wishes Paul Marius let me know what you decide or any outcome, if I change my mind, I will post an update.

  9. Hi, I hope someone can advise. I had a problem when i closed the boot, the 4 ways came on and the brake lights are on all the time. I found 6 broken wires in the boot loom and fixed them. but when i connected the battery back the 4 ways and brake lights are still on. They stay on even when i stop and get out I have to disconnect the battery . A friend says it will be the Body Control Module ie the big fuse box in the boot on the RHS. I have ordered a brand new boot loom in case something squiffy is going on the cable even though I continuity checked each cable Does this sound right to you guys and gals?
