  1. Check the condition/charge of the battery and if need be, give it a full overnight charge. Check the connectors going into the CJB (central junction box) for signs of water ingress (verdigris).

  3. My wife and I have been Jaguar owners since 2015 and have owned a total of seven (2015 F-Type S coupe, 2016 F-Type S coupe, 2016 XF 35t Prestige AWD. 2017 XE 35t Prestige AWD, 2018 F-Type R-Dynamic AWD coupe, 2018 E-PACE P300 R-Dynamic, and 2018 F-PACE S) since then and as many as five at one time. Obviously, we like the brand and, in particular, the supercharged V6. We also currently own a 2019 BMW X2 M35i, 2021 Toyota Camry XSE V6, and a 2022 Toyota GR Supra 3.0 Premium in addition to previous Audi's, Bimmer's, a Cadillac, Lexus' and Toyotas. Our Jaguars, although quirky in some ways, embody the best combination of style, handling, performance, comfort, features, and even quality...yes...quality. So far, so good.

  4. That was the other thing I remember, you never used it as it would devalue the car as it was then a smokers car and not looked after too well. An unused Cigar Lighter in the car meant something then, even though the headlining may have been yellow with the smoke and many air fresheners to get rid of the smell 🙂

  5. Very good point, personally I have never used one to light a cigar, but did use them for cigarettes when I was a smoker in my younger years. I think the youth of today look a them and just think `phone charger`
