log in to the forums http://www.jaguarownersclub.com/gallery Then click on my media top right. then on the left menu you will see the options to upload. We are still working on the media section, but it is still functional

You need the serial so that the key can be programmed in to the car. Its not just about buying a key with the same serial. hope that helps
