Hi Nick 2120 is the ID number for your account. Where did you see this information Nick? We have not had any contact with them at all. We do however get confused with another club as I get emails about things I am not aware of, so somewhere there is a missprint or some confusion

Hi and welcome to the Jaguar Owners Club Does the car feel like it is fully engaging in to gear? If it does then you may need to see a gearbox specialist. :( If it doesnt then it may be simply the gearstick has an obstruction stopping it from going in to gear properly. Not a gearbox specialist myself though
