Hi and welcome to the Jaguar Owners Club Does the car feel like it is fully engaging in to gear? If it does then you may need to see a gearbox specialist. :( If it doesnt then it may be simply the gearstick has an obstruction stopping it from going in to gear properly. Not a gearbox specialist myself though
