Hello. I am going to changes the inner joint on my Jaguar XJ 6 from 1981 (series 3) but there is a problem I do not understand. On the rack there is a threaded tap on witch I shall mounted the inner joint, in which there is a threaded hole and in the hole there i a spring and a (spacer) washer. Now the question: I do not know what work the spring does and how I shall mounted the inner joint to the racket. So if anyone knows I would be glad to hear from you. Anders from Sweden
