Excuse the bad pictures, had the Jag “de chromed” the weekend and I have to say it looks a lot better. Rear window tints next to finish off the look. Has anyone got pictures of their XF with rear 20% tints so I could have a look?

Hi mike, I recently had my break pads done, I went for the MTEC sport pads for the front and MINTEX for the rear. I would never go to Jaguar direct because they rip you off in labour costs. I paid £65 for the front and rear set and when I went to my local garage ‘Jag care Portsmouth’ I only needed the front pads replacing. They charged me £55 to fit the front pads and they even fixed a dodgy break sensor wire for free. Hope this helps your decision. Really happy with MTEC but saying that you can’t go wrong with BREMBO regards

Hi mike, I got them from AliExpress. They are really nice badges and not too big regards

Newest addition to the Jag, I feel like the XF needed a foot rest and this particular one was hand made and purchased of eBay. Quality is great, if anyone is interested I can send the link

What are people’s thoughts on these badges, thought the interior lacked the S stamp that it needs. Feedback would be appreciated

Jaguar XF S PORTFOLIO V6 Diesel 2012 facelift CHAT
Gaz Bladen replied to Gaz Bladen's topic in Jaguar XF Club
Hi Martin, thanks I personally think it’s the best colour combination, it’s stunning to look at every angle and i occasionally have to remind myself I’ve got my dream car I’ve always wanted. Cant go wrong with AWD in the snow, I’ve always liked the X-type. I wouldn’t risk mine, it stayed at home for a few days waiting for snow to melt haha. thats great thanks I will have a look at the fuse box the weekend and failing that I might nip into a jag garage and ask them. -
My new Jaguar XF S PORTFOLIO V6 🚗🚗 absolutely love this car. Having some issues with the central locking system sometimes the door mirrors fold in when locked and sometimes they don’t?? Anyone experienced this?

Hi David, I have got the XF S PORTFOLIO V6 diesel 2012 facelift model and it’s the best car I’ve driven, I was deciding to go for the 5.0 V8 or the diesel and I can honestly say I’m really impressed with the diesel. I am new to Jaguar and I can honestly say I’m never going back. I get around 39mpg and tbh I’m still having fun with the car. Makes me smile every time I start the engine. When I’m sport mode you wouldn’t even think it’s a diesel it sounds like a petrol. 0-60 5.9seconds! That’s unbelievable for a diesel. You will not be disappointed trust me. Regards Gary

Jaguar XFS Portfolio wash and wax
Images added to a gallery album owned by Gaz Bladen in Jaguar Picture Gallery (General)
My Jaguar XFS Portfolio cleaned inside and out, spent the best part of 3 hours and never seen it so clean. I’m thinking of tinting rear windows and possible red calipers? What are people’s thoughts??
