Hi my windscreen wash doesnt work the head lamp wash does,i have replaced the motor and blown out the pipes does anyone know if the fuses in the BCM (in the drivers footwell) are anything to do with the windscreen wash ?

Hi my friend has given me the usb satnav update for my 2013 xf but it’s asking for a code I believe it’s something to do with the vin on my car does anyone have any ideas how I would get the code for my car

I have no idea how to reboot it I have bought a usb satnav update put it in the usb slot in the center console and all I’m getting is music device error is there another usb ?
