  1. So I have my first Jag! She is a bit rough round the edges....but has low miles...one former keeper ( Dr ) don't know what difference that makes as my sister is a doctor and drives like a woman possessed...full jaguar service history ....that's every 10,000 and she has only 110,000. I used to own Volvos so this mileage is low for me. I acquired the car from my car dealer cousin ( classic cars) and he just hates to see these cars being scrapped....it needs a new front wing and 3 arches doing which I will do myself down at his workshop over time. It runs like a dream and is mint inside.Full leather...I have the usual sagging headliner which seems to inflict a lot of cars from this era.I need to sort out the wash wipe motor and the back indicator which needs a new module due to getting a soaking.I also need a spare wheel. Apart from that she is sweet and really cost me Zero.....I have 12 months ticket and she is so nice to drive ..... The only wiggle is that the temp gauge can be a bit irratic....... I think that 1994 was the first of the new shape xj6? Anyway I look forward to this forum as I say goodbye to Volvo......
