My AC blows hot air and I've yet to get it fixed because when I googled it I saw the o ring has been a common problem for 2002-2004 jag xtypes. Anyone else have this problem?

Name is Amanda! 19 year old from the US. I have a 2004 jaguar xtype. It's my first car and I love her! Def sticking with jaguars for my next cars as well. :)
