My XE is 2018 and I feel my navigation information needs updating. Have looked at various options has anyone else done this and could recommend the best method of achieving an update without being ripped off by JLR?

I have a 2018 XE, Portfolio model. Can I charge my iPhone through the usb in the arm rest? I have scoured the manual and it is silent on this issue.
