I agree in theory that parts not need should not be charged for. Having said that I think it might be a rather delicate negotiation to achieve a full refund of the parts costs.

Wonder how that works then. As I am certain many are aware, if for instance a vehicle is parked on the wrong side of the road with headlights turned on, they can dazzle oncoming drivers.
