  1. Did a journey of approximately 100 miles yesterday. On three occasions (at roughly same distance between incidents) heard a low level metallic clunk (presuming from the gearbox) which sounded like it may be a valve or the likes "closing". The gearbox then locked in a gear and would not change gear. At the same time the messages "Gearbox Fault, ABS Fault, DSC not available and Cruise Control Not Available, all appeared together. Each time I stopped the car, turned ignition off and re-started car. The messages were still showing but cleared when the car was driven away. This same procedure was carried out three times during the round trip of approximately 100 miles. Have this morning used a code reader and there are no codes recorded other than the manufacturer control code. Gearbox service (Oil and Filter ) was undertaken on 24.04.2021 @ 61049 miles. Current mileage is now 67904 miles. Questions: a/ Are these incidents connected in any possible way b/ Is it at all possible that the gearbox transmission Fluid could have become low and how would one check that. (I ask that question because oddly enough, I seem to recall that on at least two of the three occasions I had turned 90 degrees right at traffic lights. Wonder if the fluid was caused to slop around in the gearbox, thus causing the message to appear? Any advice, explanation or suggestions on fixing fault would be very appreciated. 3. John Have tried Mongoose and found it not very easily used. I have an iCarsoft PRO, which is far easier to use and in fact a lot more informative and specific. Best Wishes and Regards, John

  5. Quite right, that is the designed intention of the lighting function. However could it be that a sensor is not working correctly and therefore not distinguishing between light/bright and dull/dark ? Best Wishes and Regards, John

  8. Believe you will not find any genuine discs later than 2012. I wanted updated disc, could not find and eventually invested in a TomTom SatNav. Best Wishes and Regards, John
  9. Joe Have run with dimmer control at lowest and highest levels. There is no difference in the degree of warmth that is generated at the door control console. Guess I shall just have to accept this fact and run with it. Many thanks and Regards, John
