Joe I think I will invest in one of these. Since I bought the plug in SDD diagnostics and the Laptop Widows XP to run it, I have never conquered the what I consider complicated technology of getting to use it. Could, I suppose, hope sell the Laptop and SDD diagnostics. May be there is someone younger that me and more computer literate that would like to buy it. It might even sell if listed on this Forum. Joe Having never conquered how to use the computer for it and the JLR SDD/IDS software I bought. I am wondering how detailed and efficient you find the Icarsoft CR PRO. Reading latest listings for them I am not so sure they cover all manufacturers and have lifetime updates. The companies website seems to be quoting limited manufacturers and the update is to be purchase for given number of years at extra costs. The main point though is the efficiency and detail of the job that the equipment will do. Thanks and Regards, John

Julie My S Type has electronic handbrake. I have not experienced any problems with it. I keep my battery well charged and conditioned on a regular basis with CTEX MS 7.0. Well worth their money with the amount of problems that I see reported with low battery charge on S-Type`s. Best Wishes and Regards, John

Max Not surprised at the reaction of the base Police. They will not be interested as they have no jurisdiction outside of the base. You will only sytand any chance of action if it via Sussex Constabulary, who are responsible for the public highways beyond the base. Best Wishes, John

Max Very annoying and dangerous actions. Perhaps someone (maybe yourself) local to the American bases should report this ongoing occurrence to the authorities. I believe within the perimeters of the actual bases local authorities do not have powers to intervene, however once private vehicles from them bases come onto British roads they have to comply with the law. It may prove provident to inform the Traffic Division of Sussex Constabulary of these incidents and your concerns over safety on the roads at night. Best Wishes and Regards, John
