My engine keeps intermittently omitting white smoke (looks white but not 100% sure) plus the part of the engine is covered in soot. It appears to be coming from an engine pipe. Does anyone know what the fault could be? Can smell acrid fumes in the cabin too. Only happens from time to time. I think this pipe (see below) might be slightly cracked.
