Hi all Anyone here used terra-clean on the diesel x type and have good reviews, thinking of get the service just wondered if its worth doing

Hi all had my X Type in the sho today as its getting quite noisy when idle, I was thinking aux belt tensioner, but I was told by the main dealer guy it was the injectors making the noise, currently at 95000 miles is this normal and if so is there a cure

Had a few looks and waves while over in France , I would like to think they were admiring my Jag, or maybe it that I was driving left mmmm lol

Have a few bits and pieces to do before bonnet, have a jagman local how dismantles and restores, so will be dropping in to see him drop my shopping list off, untill I get it sorted I will keep applying the wax

206cc had wife's name on it, I was pressured into buying it for her, arm behind back and was threatened with the cancelation of ( no not s*x worse than that ) sky sports lol

Just Ben to France, I used the blanking strips you stick on the out side of the lens, also bought a European travel kit from ebay to keep within the France laws got the strips in the kit

I get that all the time too, my other half always calling me a old man, my second Jaguar both x types, love the car always a pleasure to drive, just drove to paris from newcastle didn't see any Jaguars in France not one saw the odd Audi and BMW But citroen and renault seem to rule over there.

Hi all, my 2008 X Type has a bad case of stone chipping to the front of the bonnet, I'm just weighing things up respray or maybe searching for a replacement bonnet the same colour, dose none know if the bonnet has changed over he lat few years and how far can I go back with my search, wold be greatfull for any help, and if any one has had a bonnet respray what. Cost was .

Hi all, I have this noise too, when I bought my Jaguar 18 month ago I noticed this noise, took back to the main dealer I bought it from, I said it was the tensioner, and the dealer replaced it, my Jaguar has 97000 miles on the clock and this noise is back, what is the life time of a tensioner anyone help

Hi all, I'm not worried just want to keep my X Type right, I have a slight intermittent knocking at the rear, when driving over uneven road, sounds as if the spare wheel is loose in he wheel well, ( I've checked and its not ) any body else have any ideas, 2008 X Type, 90000 miles 2.0 desiel sport, car runs smoothly like I say It's not worring me, just want it right, And thank you all for the welcome comments

Hi Eddie I similar problem with my 2005 X Type diesel , was advised to change fuel filter, first if problem still there it may be injectors, luckily for me changing fuel filter fixed the problem, also took it to get all error codes reset,
