I've had a few 2.5 AWD estates. Never done more than the 67k before the TFB gave issues. £500 for refurbishment and that again for removal/re-fitting. The Mk.1 had a better system but Ford economics went for a cheaper option on the Mk.2. Apparently the bearings in the Mk.2 box need to be beefier. Kev
