hi andy i will check 2mora as its pitch black outside just now. im up in bonnie scotland, but there are plenty of members down your way. my leather is ivory. dark blur dash. i got the car 2years ago come april. it had 38,000 on the clock now up to think 52,000. i manage to get a set off black alloys that came off an xj in black goes great with the slate grey. also managed to get last year a set of winter tyres but we had no snow in the central belt up here. i have them on the alloys that came with the car, but i am just now put the jag to bed for the winter. use our daily runabout over the winter. its my first jag and like you i love it the comment &looks it gets. charlie

tony i fitted trims4rims earlier this year. a sticky sponge tape. great ive hit the kerp once or twice in that time not a mark on the alloys& the spongie tape is still on. tony if you havnt done so all ready i think you should look at phils comments under probs at the factory on this site. he is to get his trim replaced by jaguar as its not what he orderd. charlie

i agree with peter both tony&trevor have both been fobbed off by jaguar. how is it then that phil under the tittle probs at the factory on this site. is getting new trim fitted to his xf !!!!!! and they cant do it for tony. yes folks buy a jag and if you get any problems with it forget it as you have just waved TATA to your money. charlie

phil thanks for updating us, sorry to hear of the problems with the trim. earlier this week we herd from tony and his horrific problems with his new f type. and apart from the mechanical issues hes having is another issue same as yourself .when he orderd his car he choose the black pack for the interior. when he picked the car up from the dealership no black pack. hes also taking jaguar to task as well as trevor whom has issues with them also. but come on jaguar you cant keep on ducking your customers its time to sort things out. PS trevor sent you an email. charlie

phil, glad to hear the xf is up to the job. i used to get taken as a kid on caravan holidays and i like them. todays caravans are fitted out great better than most folks homes. i would like one but my wife is not a lover ,althou we rented out one off the big static ones in september this year down in blackpool area and she like that. i am also thinking of renting one next year down in cornwall in the summer. another member on this club also likes them. called trevor and is president of a caravan club in devon. charlie :P

tend to agree trevor mercs are bland to and rubbish in the wet but better than the ultimate driving machine thats a laugh. the new mercs are a bit better inside but mercades are getting probs as well. and on that subject. how is it that when a car maker brings out a new model they get probs with it. tonys f type is not the first ive heard off. not long a go one burst into flames it seams to be the norm that the first 2-3 years that the newer model cars out today are full of probs for that time before the maker sorts the probs out. then 4years after that they churn out another NEW MODEL and it all starts again. trevor your right ive thought many a time of just buying an old banger. charlie
