  1. Yippee, the Discovery item cured the dribbles. Ìt's not listed as being suitable for the X350 but it looks exactly the same and fits perfectly. Almost unheard of for anything on a Jag to be fixed so cheaply and easily. Happy days.
  2. Headliner ( when the X350 headlining sags the big polystyrene lump that it's glued onto, known as 'The Biscuit', has to come out to make a job of it). (How do I know???)
  3. I had the same thing on my XType and it turned out to be the EGR valve. It's so long ago that I can't remember the details but I think I took it off and gave it a good clean. Definitely get the codes read as it might be something completely different. Good luck Pete
  4. I'd better send for two DPC6656s then🤔
  5. Wondering why I had to top up the washer bottle so frequently a quick investigation revealed 2 dribbling headlight washers. I'm not sure what stops the water from running through the pump and out of the jets all of the time but I've read that replacing the tee piece that feeds each side with a Discovery item ( DCP 6656) which is some sort of non return valve, is a cheap fix. Maybe it puts a bit of resistance in the line which has to be overcome by the pump. Time will tell. The feed pipe is blanked off and fuse removed awaiting the arrival of DPC6656. For a tenner it's worth a punt. Will report back.
