  1. Much appreciated thanks. Fortunately, a black XF with Charcoal interior has just come on the market not too far from me, so I think that's ticking most boxes at the moment.
  2. Hi all, I'm currently looking at a couple of used XF's and hoping to do the deal on one of them this weekend. The trouble is, most of the cars that meet my criteria and are on the market at the moment all seem to have Ivory or Dove leather It doesn't bother me, but her indoors thinks it would be a nightmare with our 2 young kids. I'd love to gain some owners experiences regarding this, are the lighter interiors easy enough to clean or are they easily marked and I'd be better off sticking to charcoal?
  3. Thanks Guys, that's pretty much what I was expecting.
  4. Hi all, I'm currently considering a new XFR. I had a test drive on Monday of an XFR-S (that was all that was available) and was very impressed. I'm running a BMW Alpina at the moment (based on the 3 series saloon) and could do with something a bit bigger now that I have 2 kids. My only concern is fuel consumption, I averaged around 14mpg on my test drive (which I felt was reasonably steady, although obviously I had to floor it on a few occasions) Most of it's journeys are going to be short trips, 5-10 miles mostly into town and taking the kids to school etc, but I'm looking for something that's going to be a bit of fun at the weekend as well or family trips up to Scotland. What sort of real world mpg should I expect from an XFR?
