  1. When abs light off and mil off, sometimes when just touching brake pedal abs system activates even though there is no lock up.when abs light on, brakes, tc dsc and cruise all work. Mil light comes on occasionally, but when car left for aday or so switches off. new indication, coming home from work tonight, brake warning light came on. Checked reservoir, low fluid. Checked abs pump which garage replaced to try and fix fault, looks like all brake pipe unions leaking refilled brake reservoir, warning light now out. Will take back to garage and get them to fix the leak.
  2. Had the same problem, dual mass flywheel starting to fail, ended up changing flywheel clutch and release bearing. Came as a full kit from Euro Car Parts
  3. Just had nsf and nsr bearings replaced, now have intermittent abs activation when just touching brake pedal. Abs warning light then comes on and brakes return to normal.diagnostics showed all sensors failure plus abs pump and modulator. Replaced pump/modulator. Now fault codes indicate hydraulic brake transducer fault.when problem first happened both abs and engine management light came on, now only abs light on. Any ideas much appreciatedcar seems ok except abs light on. Checked stabilitycontrol and cruise both working (i believe cruise relies on functioning abs) Engine management light back on, car runs well and systems (tc, dsc, cruise) all functioning
