  9. Hi Jonathon, very sorry didn't get around to phoning you, we decided on the spur of the moment to go away for the weekend. But I've made a note of your number bud and will be in touch. Cheers bud, sorry again.
  10. Costa's first goal in a Chelsea shirt, the first of many.

  11. Hi Jonathon, I'll give you a call over the weekend, what times best fore you?
  12. wow fantastic result Dan, how about a retro fit sat nav system now :)
  13. sounds like plan Keith, good luck bud. Its an interesting one though.
  14. cheers Dan sounds promising. Optional extras for second hand parts. :)
  15. cheers Peter, I'll give it a go this evening.
  16. If you're breaking a S Type around the 2003 mark, is there any chance I could buy off you please, 1. the centre console cup holders 2. the drivers and passengers sun visors PM me if you have anything for sale, I can collect if not too far away, otherwise I'll stump up the postage cost as well. Cheers all.
  17. That's a good point Peter, I always try to top up when I'm around the last quarter.
  18. Hi Tom, totally different model I know but had a similar experience with an X Type 2003 tried everything that I thought it could be and it was still there, it ended up being a little 's' shaped control arm on the rear suspension. Now, like I say, its a different model but is there anything like it in the S Type suspension, I would imagine it is still called a control arm.
  19. Certainly was Graham, I was on tenter hooks all of Monday. I've just noticed on your post you have a foot note, the 'Best Regards' bit. How did you get that and can you put pics in it?
  20. oh dear Keith, good luck with that. Is there a heat exchanger anywhere in the workings of an aircon? I would expect something along them lines in it.
  21. Sounds like you've made your mind Graham, you're talking yourself round to a late model S Type, can't say I blame you. Mines an 2003 model and it drives like new, I'm well impressed with it. No disregard to the X Type, I've had 2 of them, but the S Type finish and ride just feels like a step up.
  22. Hi Dan, sorry about that bud, we do love our jags and do tend to off on a tangent now again. Memo to Peter, 'do we all need a gypsies on this '? On the subject of your post though, have all cars got the same wiring loom and its just a matter of retrospective fitting of 'optional extras'? I ask because you say that you have ordered a steering wheel with radio control and I assume cruise control buttons on it, surely it cant be that simple can it?
