Hi---A few years back I had a similar problem on a different make of car --and was told at the time to
reduce the pressures by a few pound on all wheels ---below recommended --- and it worked ???
worth a try perhaps ???
I don't know if I'm on my own with this but I was you I would replace the ball joints complete
because if the covers are damaged that would have dust and grit into the ball joint and they
will fail after a while ????

Hi Kevin---Sorry to disagree but I like to see the leaper I fitted one to my X Type and people have said it looks more like a Jaguar
with it on and Ive had it on for about 4 years and no one has touched it ????--The leaper only cost £23 on eBay so they wouldn't get much.???
Just my thoughts Kevin--
first --will it turn over on the key and wont fire--or is there no response from the key at all-==lights etc ???? ---
have you tried disconnecting the battery completely for a while ???? then reconnecting with a fully charged battery ????
Thanks for that Joe really enjoyed slide show some really great shots with lots of Jaguar's
---I cant go far now because of health reasons so really appreciate the photo's .

I had the same problem with a volvo many years ago and that was a tyre--it looked OK and with good tread but
had a raised hard spot ???
An easy check-- I would jack the car up until the wheel just clears the floor then turn the wheel if the tyre and wheel is true it will spin OK ????
