After picking up my car yesterday the daylight today gave me my first chance to look over it and get used to the controls etc. I have come across a problem in that I cannot locate the locking wheel nut. I have searched all the usual places glove box, armrest, door pockets, spare wheel and associated tools etc to no avail therefore, I'm assuming its been mislaid somewhere in its life. I will obviously be calling the dealer who sold me the car in the hope he can shed any light but am not to hopeful of a result there. I had a similar problem with a Mercedes many years ago and after contacting the dealer I was informed that Mercedes only made X amount of different patterns and if I called to the garage they had the full set and would match it up for me. I did so and true to their word they found the correct fit and ordered me a new one. Doe's anyone know if Jaguar are as efficient i.e. only having so many patterns etc or if anyone have experienced the same problem? Thank you in anticipation of any assistance.
