Hello All. I am planning to buy a XJ6 serie 2 or 3. I do not have any experience with Jaguar. What do you can warn me to take care during the acquisition? Is engine 2.8 reliable? How can I know the difference between 2.8 and 4.2 motors? Is it visible? I am planning to use this car only on weekends and I was thinking in one mechanical (not hidramatic). What are the key points that I should check? I´d like to know if 2.8 motor has a good performance or not. Thanks a lot for your help and attention.
