Andrew a lot of research has went into this topic, even 5th gear took part, and this as well as other forums. results. shell v power came out on top. but not by that much to warrant paying an extra 20p a litre the bottom was asda but it was a close call with bp normal fuel only just beating it. me I don't think that shell v-power justifies the extra dough, I just pull in wer ever I am to fill up and I have a ftype5ltr (the fuel comes out the same refinery and has to meet standards ect) if like on here some "old guys" want to pay extra that's up to them in their small cars

hi chris iam on my second jag now and currently own a 5ltr f-type awd coupe ,what a machine I have took on m3 m5 audis r8s c63s wanting a drag race in they last few weeks of ownership what a car even beat an lambo avatiour off he lights today the bmws m3&5 are !Removed!. 911s to, m63s and 5s crap it burns them all well done jaguar what a fantastic car. that was the nut on the shell tonite the lambo guy was reving up reving up the jag half the price of his burned him big time, happy as :P

dreams do come true pete, yes I won and many could say that I came from a money family but my time in the forces had served me well. and paid back mom&dad and seen the family & their kids well as the same as charities linked to them , also have plans drawn up to build a block of 8 flats for vets at my cost. so good will come of it, atb joe

hi dan you can always take advice on the bulb updates at your local garage or the dreaded Halfords branch, but the old bulbs on the x&s types do look like candles in the light units compared to the newer models, hope you can upgrade without any probs . see -_- and be seen

also the garage has to be vat reg ;)

paul it really is bad nowadays. their is no respect thank you is a word from years ago, as a retailer you are lucky to get ta or cheers, young ones are dragged up nowadays only one parent up bringing, and if "she" or HE is maybe not taught "respect" as a youngster growing up then the younger ones they have , have none, my family owns fast food outlets in the south east of the country and on a daily encounter our "staff" are treated to all manners off "swearing" and abuse , and that's from the locals, police getting called all the time at premises dose not go down well with council licencing depts., I had to "grap hold off a so called "customer" a big chap, I was in the doing a regular visit when this one "kicked off" and tried to slap on of the girls, I seen this and pinned the clown to the floor using a choke hold, as I went against pops wishes and joined the forces when I was young. told the manager to call the police, but he was let off with a caution. lucky I was their as in the ten mins it took me and him had a chat,ect cctv is a great thing,

chris you could be right on all counts but an x-type owner should pop-up soon to give you advice, on the site ther is an indie garage section recommended but members that maybe you can find one close to you, all the xtype guys is ither in their beds or waching telly
