I had something like this on a rover 75. It was torque converter. Hence second hand box fitted to it then sold it.

I know where your coming from. But everytime I've rang a garage I've never received any sort of info over phone for eg could be this could be that just try this before you bring it in? It's always been just bring it in sometime and leave it with us

Hi all. Is there anybody in North Wales with a genuine sat nav disc. I need to try it in my system I've just had retro fitted, I'd like to just try it before buying a disc, I'm in Flintshire on Denbighshire border.

But I mean the music didn't even tone down couldn't hear satnav instructions lol. Needless to say i soon replaced it.

Can't help you on this Dave, but I had a satnav in my van a few years ago and that didn't cut music,radio out when instructions came on. I hated it prefer for it to cut out. But that's me

It's just that he who is doing satnav said he had had two DVDs gone down through them. Maybe bad ones and good ones about. I'll ask him about a video as gaydon is quite far away especially for him. When is it anyway

My big prob now is trying to get a re flash on gearbox today so I can get back to Wales. Don't think any damage can be done driving in limp mode do you ?

The two wires involved are the yellow and blue twisted around each other

After a retro fit diagram of wiring diagram? Think Matt who's done it may message you to explain more. But he got touchscreen up and running but no audio coming through anything. There is two wires on the loom causing probs behind touchscreen. One blue one yellow, if you connect them it won't communicate then if you disconnect them two wires it communicates but no sound coming through speakers??? That's how far it's got brought to a stand still. Now wait for this one
