No! sport models sit at the same height as non sports. I changed all my shocks/springs from comfort to sport and then had the front springs lowered to match rear (rear sits 25mm lower due to lpg tank)

Yes as Raistlin said, it's door card off job! I just had mine off to change the 2 small bulbs which light up the rear window switches.

I travel about 25k per year in my S but most is on A roads and my MPG is around 24-25, but that's running on lpg which is about 48ppl so money wise that's about the same as 45mpg!

I've just fitted these tips/trims to my S but it highlights the exhausts sitting every low in relation to the bumper cut outs. Does anyone have a picture of them fitted to a facelift? Thanks.

Hi, the premium system (as l understand) has a amp which powers all the door speakers and another amp which is mounted under/in the rear speaker enclosure which powers the 2 enclosure speakers. So what is the sound like from just the rear enclosure? Thanks

Hi all, Another thing that I don't like about my jag is the lack of bass from the speakers. I had all ready changed the front door speakers for focal ones which has helped but I'm still looking for more bass. Do you have the jaguar factory fitted bass box under the rear shelf? If you do is it any good? Thanks.

What's the same as I understand about HID light kits, so it's a no-go for me. I use the screen wash/wipers alot to make sure the headlights are keep clean. Thanks.

Hi all, One thing that I don't like about my jag is the headlights, I find the dipped beams very poor. I have changed the bulbs to upgraded ones which claim to be 50% brighter but they still are not very good. I also go through loads of screen wash by using the power wash all the time. Just wish all S types came with xenons as std. Is then any other way to improve them? I understand that you can't fit after market xenon kits to these headlights as the bulbs need different pattern of light. Thanks.

If it is then it won't be cheap, have you seen the cost of a pair of 2nd hand xenons.

Hi all, What's your view/which do you like best - Totally colour coded with white side indicator or with orange side indicator and side markers not colour coded. Or maybe bumper trims chrome, orange markers and indicators.

So are you fitting new bulbs or a kit.

I had the same with my driver's door seal, as far as I can remember the cover is just pull off.

Sorry but Claws interior is a mk1.5. The only item, the front bumper is a facelift one.

I scrapped my last S a mk1.5 but before I did I removed some parts as spares. I also removed the lpg system. My replacement was a 55 plate Facelift, then refitting the lpg system I found lots of differentiates i.e the small panel on the dash which housings the fuel/boot release, size of spare wheel well, carpet and all trim in the boot, and V6 cats. Also the doors are different, if your going to swap one you must fit one from the same year! I'm changing one soon! And today just found out today the horns have different plugs (due to my high tone one has stopped working) !

Just for the record, my rattly cat and fault code were present then I got the car and I fitted the lpg.
